i regularly floss my teeth at home and i prefer the F-shaped floss because it's easier to be used.


Flossing helps:
  1. remove plaque and debris that sticks to teeth and gums
  2. polish the tooth surface
  3. control bad breath

trust me. brushing and flossing teeth are equally important! :)
