'minum air sejuk ni tak elok' . aku selalu dengar ni! tak tahu kenapa orang kata macamni.
tapi tadi masa tengah baca news dekat yahoo, 'drink cold water can raise resting metabolism by about 50 calories daily--enough to shed 5 pounds in a year'
waaa. pantang aku bila dengar bab2 tingkatkan metabolisme or kurangkan berat badan ni. hehe.
metabolisme dikatakan (oleh German researchers) boleh meningkat kalau kita minum air sejuk sebab badan kita berkerja untuk memanaskan air sejuk tu kepada suhu badan.
Though the extra calories you burn drinking a single glass doesn't amount to much, making it a habit can add up to pounds lost with essentially zero additional effort. :)
